I have purchased this keyboard on 17 July but I haven't received yet. It is getting delayed from last 10-12 days, I want to cancel my order but there is no option to cancel on this website. Very nice.

It's a good product and totally worth the money if you use it for gaming. I bought it for a different purpose and needed good sensitivity and ergonomic for long hours of use.

I Was Okay With Features of the Mouse But It Wasn't Comfortable in my hands Bcoz I was used to abit bigger mouse g402 but this one was abit small so I requested them to Replace With A Bigger Mouse I Am Ready To Pay Extra But They Are Saying It's Unboxed So 7% of its value will be reduced as well as I will have to pay for shipping and everything. How we will know if we are comfortable with the mouse before buying and trying it. I am never gonna buy redragon products for this type of service I'll prefer not to buy from here since they are reducing value of the product as well as taking extra shipping charges

Overall a good mouse, much larger better than claimed have been using for over 2 weeks without charging for 5-6 hours daily.
The main disappointing factors are the lack of software for mac to allow any kind of customisation. You can not also save setting on mouse even if you configure it on windows pc.
Also the surface is a fingerprint magnet

this product is excellent. Design is ergonomic and great for gaming ..... this is my third mouse and all are working just fine
