After 2 weeks of usage

The product is great, this is my first mechanical keyboard and it's so far so good!!
The experience is awesome, the battery is also good, worth the buy!!

Wireless USB doesnt work

I am only able to use this keyboard in wired state. The wireless USB doesnt seem to work on any laptop. I am reaching out to the redragon team but no significant response yet. It is less than a month since I bought this.

Good Keyboard

I have using this keyboard for more than 8 months. The keyboard have been working great. But 1 week ago the switches started to make pinging noise . I have now tried cleaning by removing keycaps but the noise is still there. On online people claim this is due to use of aluminium and hard plastic . Some people prefer lubing the keyboard. I am not doing it Right Now until i get a response from customer support to lube it. Anyways the keyboard is great. It has been working very efficiently. Both wired and usb receiver are working fine.
