I Was Okay With Features of the Mouse But It Wasn't Comfortable in my hands Bcoz I was used to abit bigger mouse g402 but this one was abit small so I requested them to Replace With A Bigger Mouse I Am Ready To Pay Extra But They Are Saying It's Unboxed So 7% of its value will be reduced as well as I will have to pay for shipping and everything. How we will know if we are comfortable with the mouse before buying and trying it. I am never gonna buy redragon products for this type of service I'll prefer not to buy from here since they are reducing value of the product as well as taking extra shipping charges

Good mouse but lacks compatibility for mac

Overall a good mouse, much larger better than claimed have been using for over 2 weeks without charging for 5-6 hours daily.
The main disappointing factors are the lack of software for mac to allow any kind of customisation. You can not also save setting on mouse even if you configure it on windows pc.
Also the surface is a fingerprint magnet

excellent product

this product is excellent. Design is ergonomic and great for gaming ..... this is my third mouse and all are working just fine

Software does not work

Its says Gaming Mouse disconected and will not allow change of RGB or buttons.

Best one there is under 2k

This mouse from Redragon is a must-buy if you are looking for an upgrade. It's a little bigger than the standard mouse size but you'll get used to it once you try it yourself. It's very stable, clicks so well, and the click sound is also good. And the RGB lighting is so elegant you will love it while working at night. I like to use it in BT mode and this mouse has really good connectivity so go for it.
